Under no circumstances will we accept any charge for repairs to an alleged defective unit, and under no circumstances will we be liable for oil, towing charge, or time lost while unit is out of operation. Claims for labor and any and all other consequential damages will not be honored, our liability being limited strictly to the replacement of such parts of our rebuilt that shall have been proven, in our judgement, to be defective or improperly installed. THIS WARRANTY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE UNIT, UPON OUR INSPECTION.
